language-changes after update

Hi All,

after updating the standalone-version to 3.0.6 I noticed a change inside some language-preferences in combination with the word-plugin.

I'm using the german version and focusing on the author-names.
before 3.0.6 there where for 2 Authors: "Author 1 UND Author 2", for more than X Authors "Author 1 ET.AL."
--> now there is the "et.al." changed to "u.a."

question: could I change this back on my own? where is the language-document located that is used for those language-sided abbreviations?

thanks in advanced!
  • that's style dependent -
    http://citationstyles.org/downloads/specification.html#locale
I don't know why that would have changed, though, et-al has defaulted to u. a. in the German local for over a year - if you want et-al you'd have to customize that in the style as described in the link above -
