Upgrading from Office 2004 to Office for Mac 2011

I just switched from a 2004 version of Office to Office for Mac 2011, and now I can't get my Zotero up and running in 2011. Any help would be much appreciated. I use Zotero Standalone and Google Chrome.

in Zotero standalone
Go to gears menu --> Preferences -->Cite ---> Word Processors
and click on "Reinstall Extensions"
that should typically do it.

Thanks, but I don't get a "Reinstall" option- it says "Install Extension" but then nothing happens when I click it.

Provide a Report ID after clicking "Install Extension".

Start by upgrading to Zotero 3.0.5. (If you choose Zotero->Check for Updates, it should download automatically.)
