Upgrade StorageTwo major problems - magic wand and word add-in do not work!

I'm having some big problems with Zotero.
1. Nothing happens when I click on the Magic Wand-button. I have tried this in both Standalone and the Firefox-extension. But same issue.
2. The Word Add-in doesn't work. When I click it the first time it will ask me which reference type I want to use (Chicago etc.). But when I click OK, a red Zotero-bar turns op on the middle of the screen, but it is "flashing" - it is not there all the time - it comes and goes. It doesn't look at all like when I had Zotero installed on my old PC. This happens every time I want to add a new reference in a document. I can't use it for anything, it doesn't react to anything (well, I can write in the "search-bar" - which it what it looks like - but when I click enter or try other things nothing happens). I hope you understand what I mean, this is really really annoying, because it makes Zotero absolutely useless :(
I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit in Danish. I have Office 2007, also in Danish.
I have tried reinstalling Zotero Standalone, Zotero Firefox and the Word add-in several times. Didn't help.
I have checked that Zotero is installed in the correct word startup folder - it is!
Please help me, I can't use Zotero at all right now!
