Word - Cannot Add Citation after Firefox 12 Upgrade

Using Mac, MSFT Word 2011

mysteriously the add citation option no longer works.
the add bibliography and other options are there.

Word for Mac integration 3.5.3 is marked as compatible with Firefox 4-13 and it works fine for me. Make sure you have the latest version of the Word plugin and describe your problem in more detail, since I'm not entirely sure what it is. Depending on the problem, it may also help if you can generate a provide a report ID after re-triggering the issue.
