Newbie Word connection problem and search buttons
I have done my homework and research for answers all day but cant find anything to solve my problem. Here are two problems. I downloaded Zotero for firefox. It is supposed to work with word without any plug ins. Is this correct?
I am using windows 7 and Office 2010. The icons do appear in my word programme but video doesnt say where to find them in Word but eventually found them.
I get the message "Windows could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor".
I looked in troubleshooting and FAQs and this appears to only be a problem for Mac users.
Secondly and just as important I dont get the three coloured buttons on the far left of the screen that is shown in the getting started video.
I have alrteady added about 3o references so I hope I don't have to download it again.
Your help as always is appreciated.
regards
