Not saving items from Library catalogue

I'm finding that I cannot save items from my Library catalogue, even with the workaround discussed in this thread:

Even though I get the proper icon, when I click on it rather than the usual message "saving to Zotero" I get a blank rectangle (see screen shot below). After a while it just disappears and the item is not saved.

Edit: i.e. could you provide an URL?

@margot - the library catalog is an unusual version of the InnoPAC library catalogs and I don't see - at least not quickly - how we can make it work. If you can get in touch with the provider and find out if there is a way to get to the MARC display directly from an item entry
(either through a link or by changing the URL) we might be able to do that, but otherwise this just won't work.

Thank you. I have followed this up with our library catalogue people and they tweaked the catalogue somehow so it's now working, at least with author and title searches.
