zotbot

I downloaded zotbot for a new iPad and have been unable to use zotero. For one thing, the iPad zotbot folders are haphazard; they're not in alphabetical order as on Zotero. Also, the pc laptop and the iMac are in synch, but the iPad isn't. For instance, I added a new folder in Zotero on the pc; it showed up on the iMac but not the iPad zotbot. And finally, is there some sort of user guide for zotbot?
