Citation in word doesn´t work

Dear all!

I use Zotero together with Word 2003 and the citation function doesn´t work fine. I have two problems:
1. When I press the 'Zotero Insert Citation' somtimes it works an sometimes nothing happens.
2. When it works than sometimes a window pops up where I can change the citation style and sometimes I can only type in the citation without having the oportunity to change the style.

Anyone any ideas?

1. Unless you can replicate this a little more precisely, it's unlikely we can help. One possibility is that the dialog may open somewhere in the background, so cycle through your windows when it doesn't appear.
2. You get to chose the citation style only when inserting the first citation in a document

Hi Adam!

Thanks for your reply. I still have the same problem and it got worse. When I press the "cite" button in word now nothing happens at all. I reinstalled the word plugin to get the latest version and still nothing happens. Hmmm...

Do you or anyone alse have an idea?
