Getting entries from Firefox to Zotero Library and also how to apply bought credit?

Hi,

Very new to this. Please can someone tell me in VERY simple language
1. how do I get my saved refrences from the Firefox 'Zotero' to my Zotero home Library?
2. also I bought some more storage and it's still saying that I have

"You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options.

HOW DO I GET IT TO RECOGNISE THAT I HAVE MORE STORAGE???

    Your current account has no files on the server, so you would appear to be syncing with a different account. Check the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences.

    sorry to be a dumbarse, but I cannot find this on my home page (or anywhere) to look at my synching set up.

    Please help - i'm getting a bit desperate!!!!!

    those settings are not online, they are in the local version of Zotero - open Zotero (_not_ zotero.org) in Firefox (or Standalone), by pressing on the "zotero" icon in the bottom right or through Tools--> Zotero, then click on the gears icon at the top, then on "preferences", there select the sync tab, which will give you the preferences dialog you link to.
