Upgrade Storageadvanced research in the library of the group does not work

I have to implement the software in zotero a service registry and then I created a group so that everyone can use the "base" but only downside: the advanced search of the library group does not work?
Do you have an idea of what I do to be able to do an advanced search in the library of the group?
