Zotero will not sync

My update progress keeps getting stuck at different percentages; nonetheless, it will not update.

What can I do?

  • Are you on a slow network, connected through a proxy server, etc?

    If you can, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that shows the problem, ideally without other Firefox activity.
  • I think I discovered the problem. One of my computers...my main computer...had an incorrect password entered. I will verify everything and let you know.
