Upgrade StorageID 996263505 error
Hi,
I keep getting a message about not having 2004 word but in fact that is the version I have. I updated firefox about a week ago, I also updated zotero to put the right plug ins and everything and since then I've been working fine till today. I was citing yesterday! not sure what has happened. I get this error:

sorry but just discovered that the problem is even weirder. Iam using chicago, I can cite from the main text and I can edit citations, but I cannot cite while on a footnote.
