No longer able to save webpages when I browse on line

I can now now no longer save webpages to Zotero as I browse on-line, I usually browse in Safari, but have just tried this in Firefox too -I used to right clk on mouse to add snapshot of webpage. There in no Zotero icon in either web browser too.
Using Mac Word 11, just installed service pack 2.

    Does regular import of pages via the URL bar icon still work? Here for example?

    This option hasn't been removed - in Safari, with the connector installed, you should permanently see a Zotero icon to the left of the URL bar - if you don't, try re-installing the connector.
