zotero icon in Word for Mac no longer shows insert citation etc

Zotero icon in Word for Mac suddenly stopped showing menu to insert citation, create bibiolography, then I was prompted to upgrade storage which has been done. Still unable to find menu items to insert citation etc. Zotero Icon now just shows 2 menu items
1. About This Menu and 2. Sample Automator Workflows
Have installed Zotero again + word plug in - no change to problem

Make sure you have the latest version, 3.5.3, of the Word for Mac plugin (though, assuming this is Word 2011, you should be able to use the toolbar icons regardless).

Thank you. The tool bar is working fine. I think I have downloaded plugin via firefox browser, (usually use Safari) but the zotero icon menu is as before. This is word 11 and I have recently downloaded service pack 2.

If you've downloaded plugin version 3.5.3 and restarted Firefox with Word closed, you should see the script menu options again when you restart Word.

But if the toolbar is working this also doesn't matter too much.

Thank you Dan, did not this toolbar even existed. Still can't get the script menu options but no worries about this now.

The latest version is 3.5.4, and you can download it at http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation_for_zotero_2.1#microsoft_word. If you have Zotero Standalone, it is included and you don't need to install anything.
