Citation wont import

Tried to import a citation into word (a document that I used earlier today and this appeared:
Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

TypeError: citation is undefined

report code: 1343646195
  • Can you send the document to support@zotero.org? Also, are you getting another dialog before or after this?
  • Its happening with all my documents and not just one. It says after that the documents are no longer in my Zotero database and do i want to substitute it with another.
  • Unless you've checked the "Store references in document" checkbox (which is checked by default in new documents created with Zotero 3.0), Zotero stores links to your local library. These links break if you delete the items from your local database or use export and import to move the items between machines. If you did this, you can reselect each item individually (by clicking "Yes" in the dialog; it will cycle through all items cited); you can follow these instructions to copy your Zotero library; or you can use Zotero's sync functionality.
  • I figured it out, it was because I was putting it in a caption and it wouldn't work for some reason. Thank you for your help.
