PDF is almost there?

i work a lot with J-STOR and I have noticed that a lot of those that have embarked upon the discussions of making this revolutionary new tool more accessible and usable have also commented on this topic. With that said, upon searching for an article I am able to download PDF's to the database (via. snapshot) but i am not able to highlight or add comments. This does not allow these documents to be searchable within zotero. Can this be resolved from my end or is this an issue that must be resolved from your end? The tools pop up but are not usable.

Thanks so much and keep up the good work!! i am very excited to use this database in the future especially if the PDF/ZOTERO translation problem could be resolved thus making searchable documents web based.
