Citation style change for AACR journals?

Hey,

I am submitting a paper to Molecular Cancer Therapeutics and on the AACR website, they require that 6 authors be listed before "et al". An example of a journal citation is:

Journal article
Warrell RP Jr, Frankel SR, Miller WH Jr, Scheinberg DA, Itri LM, Hittelman WN, et al. Differentiation therapy of acute promyelocytic 584 leukemia with tretinoin (all-trans-retinoic acid). N Engl J Med 1991;324:1385–93.

The AACR journal citation format that I downloaded from zotero lists 3 authors only, and also does this weird [cited2012March3] thing at the end of the citation, which is not required by the journal. Does anyone know of a citation format that uses numerical citations within the text (in cited order) and also lists up to 6 authors in the bibliography? I'd really appreciate any help at all on this!

Thanks!
  • Try the regular Vancouver style that comes pre-installed. I'll have a look at this one as soon as I get a chance.
  • all AACR styles now point to Vancouver, which is also what their authors' guide says.
