Style Request [Avian Diseases]

Hello Developers,
I am looking for citation style for Avian Diseases. I am a newbie and dont quite understand xml to diy. The closest style that I saw was The Journal of Immunology.
http://www.zotero.org/styles/the-journal-of-immunology

I have given the style of The Journal of Immunology and Avian Diseases and the differences below.
Thanks and appreciate your help.

The Journal of Immunology

1. Alon, R., and K. Ley. 2008. Cells on the run: shear-regulated integrin activation in leukocyte rolling and arrest on endothelial cells. Curr. Opin. Cell Biol. 20:525–532.

Avian Diseases

1. Allen, P. C. Nitric oxide production during Eimeria tenella infections
in chickens. Poult. Sci. 76:810–813. 1997.

Differences:
1. in-text citations are the same in both journals.

2. In bibliography, second-field-align is 'flush' in Journal of Immunology (I could not recreate it here) whereas first line is tabbed in Avian Diseases (my major problem. I could find no journal using this method, kind of opposite of hanging-indent).

3. Year of publication comes at last in Avian Diseases.

4. Journal title is italicized in Journal of Immunology and normal in Avian Diseases.

Here is the journal's instructions for authors:

If there is a way of doing it, I can show an actual paper as to how the references are listed.
Thanks!
