Making a Footnote

I think I accidentally X'd out of the quick citation application (the big red bar across the screen) and now when I click on the insert citation button in MS Word, nothing happens. Does anyone know how I can fix this or go back to the quick style? (I also use Chrome if that matters) Thanks!

    have you restarted Zotero Standalone and Word?

    I doubt there is a person on the internet who hasn't asked for help on a problem that could have been fixed by restarting software or system, me most certainly included - no worries.
