cannot get it to load

I received a new computer today. I installed Zotero and see all of my collections I had synched. On the Zotero Web site, I keep trying to install the plugin download, and it says the plugin will be installed after I restart Firefox, but after several tries, I still get no Add-Ins in my Word toolbar. What am I doing wrong, please?
