[Solved] IEEE download citations opens firefox file save dialog box

Hey guys,

I've been a long time user of Zotero and have only encountered this problem today. It can be summarised by the picture below:

and the error logs show the following:

I've managed to resolve this issue.

Firstly, instead of using download citations button on IEEEXplore, I clicked on the save to zero button within the address bar. However, it didn't work.

Then, I disabled every add-on I had in Firefox and restarted it.
Next, I re-enabled zotero and tada! It works.
