Advanced search "any field" contains x

If I'd like to do an advanced search for, for instance, date is before 2000 and "anywhere" contains "nuclear", what dropdown item do I choose for "anywhere"? That is to say "any field" contains, and/or perhaps the text of the PDF contains, etc.
