Username Name search on people

Hello,

It seems to be only possible to search on user name and not on real name. This would be fun if it were possible to search on full names. Another question is it possible to change the user name?

    We drastically limited user search a while ago due to performance problems, but full search will return in the near future.

    It is not possible to change user names.
