Upgrade Storageattachments in a group library with local webdav server?

We use zotero with a group library, for our company
We use 2 accounts, having one for editing the library, the other for reading only
We have a webdav server inside our network (192.168...)
The admin account can access the attachment of an entry, but the other account can't (file not found).
Is this a limitation of zotero?
Is there another way (using one single account, but profiling each zotero client with read_only restriction, for example) ?

Using a single account would not work because you cannot make it read only. What might work is to mount the storage directory inside the Zotero data directory from a network drive and then set this mount read only for the other users.
But file storage provided by Zotero is probably the easiest way to go.
