Highlighting Collections

I notice that sometimes when I paste text into an item's abstract or notes the collection/subcollection folders the item is in are highlighted in yellow in the left pane. Is there any way to highlight these folders whenever an item is selected, instead of just when text is added? If you selected an item in the middle pane, its details would show on the right pane and the folders it has been placed in would be highlighted with yellow in the left pane? This feature would give you a quick way to check which collections you had sorted an item into. Currently, I have to open each collection and search for the item or try to place the item in the collection to find out if the item's already there.

    Ooops--just found the convo of the CTRL function. Now I see why pasting text brought up the highlights! Thanks!!
