Upgrade StorageZotero Word for Mac integration

When I start Firefox, and when I try to add the Word plugin from Preferences--> Cite, I get the following message:
"Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox."
Of course, this happens even when I've closed Word and restarted Firefox. I'm not sure why the plug-in isn't installing. I had it before, and when I go to Word I can see Zotero in my toolbar, but then when I try to add a citation, I get an error message.

SimonAs a first step, make sure that PythonExt is enabled in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions.
