  • Is there a problem? You don't need to post here unless there is, and if there is, you need to tell us what it is.

Based on those errors, though, you probably want to reset your translators from the Advanced pane of the Zotero prefs. It looks like your translators directory is corrupted (possibly due to your using what looks like a network drive).
  • There is no problem. I just followed the instruction.

    Thank you very much.
  • What instructions?
  • Based on that output, though, a bunch of your translators aren't going to work unless you reset them.
  • When you click 'Report errors...' menu, there will be a dialog box show the errors. Then, I click 'Next' button. Finally, there are some message suggested to inform report id and description to zotero forum. So, I post the details and report id here. If you think it is not error, you should change the message generated from 'report errors' menu. Since it is unclear, I just tried to post this.

Anyway, I got some problems as well. When I save an item from a website, the first save no problem. The item can save into the group. But the next item cannot save into the group. It is saved to the 'My Library' instead. I cannot fix this problem. I have to restart Firefox. Then, zotero will be back to be normal.

I know that this is the old problem but there is no solution yet.

Thank you very much for your excellent supports.
  • "Report Errors" is just a menu option that people who are having trouble can use—it's not an instruction. If you're not having trouble, you don't need to use it.
Anyway, I got some problems as well.
Reset your translators as I explain above. If you're still having trouble, start a new thread and describe the problem again, and provide a Report ID after it occurs.
