Zotero anly open my files in a external viewer. When I want to open any files the screen is black.
I don´t know how to reparing that problem.

dstillmanI don't understand the problem here, and there are no Zotero errors in that report. Can you try to describe it again? It might also help to take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (e.g., imageshack.us), and post a link here.
