Citation Style Request: Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences

I am looking for a citation style for Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences.
Someone (drdrumfish) posted in 2010 saying that he had created the style for CJFAS, but didn't know how to post it on zotero. I don't see it up on zotero so I am assuming that he never posted it. He did post a link to his website, but that link is now broken and his email address associated with the website doesn't work either. I replied to his original post but did not get a response.

So I was hoping that someone could create the style.

The closest style to it is Ecology. With the following modifications:

1) Volume should be in bold
2) All Authors should have the Lastname first then the Initial(s)
3) Journal titles with more than one word should be abbreviated.
4) Journal title for single word journals should be followed by a comma
