APA 6 : Over 6 authors in the reference section.

Is the way Zotero outputs more than 6 authors correct in the reference section?

For instance, I found this on line regarding apa v 6.

Wolchik, S. A., West, S. G., Sandler, I. N., Tein, J.-Y., Coatsworth, D.,Lengua, L.,...Griffin, W. A. (2000). An experimental evaluation of
theory-based mother and mother-child programs for children of
divorce. Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, 68, 843-
856.

while in my reference section it lists more than 6 authors as:

Hare, E., Glahn, D. C., Dassori, A., Raventos, H., Nicolini, H., Ontiveros, A., Medina, R., et al. (2010). Heritability of age of onset of psychosis in schizophrenia. American Journal of Medical Genetics Part B: Neuropsychiatric Genetics, 153(1), 298–302.

See the et al. SO which is correct?
  • The former is correct. Zotero can't currently do that, but we're aware of the issue and it will be fixed in a future release.

The processor has been able to do this since July 2010. The last logged tweak to the functionality, in connection with a major refactoring of the code for formatting names, was done on April 18, 2011.

If you need this in your style, you can add it like this:<citation
    ... [various other attributes] ...
    et-al-use-last="true">

This won't validate in the CSL 1.0 schema (the grammar checker for the language), but it will work in the processor, and as far as I know it will be included in the next upgrade to CSL when it happens.
