Upgrade StorageRegistration problems

a colleague just tried to register with Zotero but the email with registration key has not arrived yet - after two days. Two further requests for a new registration key did not result in any success either. Contacted the helpdesk and no reply in two days. Any suggestions on how to get help? Thanks very much!
