Problems with word - it crashes when I try to change style citation

Hi. I'm using zotero to create a bibliography on a word 2010 doc and it worked perfectly for months. Then I upgraded for zotero 3.0 and tryed to change my bibliography style to APA and suddenly the url's disappeared from the bibliography. I've erased and created the bibliography again and then the url's appeared but it does not appear the date they were accessed (but the date appears in zotero). I've tried to change to other citation styles but what happens is (1)the date never appears or (2)word and firefox crash and I have to close the programs.

I've already tried to re-install zotero and the word add-on...In the meanwhile I've sent a report of error with this ID: 1254599510.

I've searched for this problem in the forum for hours but didn't find it! I need help, thank you!

    1. How about in a new document? Do things work correctly there?
    2. Could you give an example of an APA citation that doesn't come out correctly?

    The problem I'm having with APA is that the bibliography appears like this:

    UN. (2003). Indicators for Monitoring the Millennium Development Goals. New York, US: United Nations. Retrieved from http://mdgs.un.org/unsd/mdg/Host.aspx?Content=Indicators/Handbook.htm

    I've tried in a new document and it works correctly, the date in which the reference was accessed appears.
    Nevertheless, when I change to APA the programs don't crash, but when I try to use the citation style 'Foreign Policy Analysis' they stop to work. But in a new doc this style also works perfectly. Now I was using APA because it wasn't crashing the programs, I'll need to use the other citation style.

    What can I do?

    plz help, this is urgent! I've to finish my dissertation!

    I've tried to copy the text to a new doc but it does the same thing. Can it be due to the lenght of the doc?
