Upgrade Storagesync errors from mac zotero v2.1.8
Our shared computers in our institution are running pre-v3 Zotero, with no possibility of easy upgrade (but I can pressure them if needed!). The Macs run 2.1.8, PCs 2.1.10. Occasionally our students use these shared computers for a Zotero assignment: they'll launch Firefox and enter their Zotero accounts under Prefs > Sync to access our group library.
What we're finding is that the PCs sync fine, but the Macs don't; three error reports have been sent your way (1449273909, 940842831, 226887524), from three separate Macs all running same version apps. Specifics seem to be below: the collection in question seems to have nothing wrong with it as far as we can tell on our end.
