connexion fails with server local.cacaoweb.org:4001

When I click on zotero button to open zotero, I get following message :
Firefox cannot establish connexion with server at : local.cacaoweb.org:4001 and connexion fails.

I tried quitting Firefox and restarting the computer. No result.
The Firefox version is 10.0

    I'm not clear how this relates to Zotero. Zotero obviously doesn't make a request to that address on its own. Check your proxy settings, in Firefox and in the Proxies pane of the Zotero preferences.

    Thank you for your help. Zotero is working again. I clicked on a bad spot in the bottom line.
