footnoting change?

I use Zotero to teach our methods class. But something appears to have changed about producing notes (footnote or endnote) in Zotero. I used to right-click on the item(s), select Create a Bibliography from Selected Item, then click Chicago Manual of Style, note only, and it would produce it first name last name, preceded by a number. Now I can only get last name, first name. I can't find what to do. Suggestions?
