Add citation with no mouse
I've just upgraded to Zotero 3 and finding the new citation addition method a great improvement. With a keyboard macro I can easily bring up the citation window, type in the search and select an item without lifting my hands to use the mouse.
Unfortunately, to enter the page number I need to click on it. Is there any shortcut or macro I can use to entirely create a new citation without leaving the keyboard?

More generally, to access other locators as well as prefix and suffix, use ctrl+down (cmd+down on a mac).
