TypeError: field is undefined

(I searched the Troubleshooting threads for this issue, but couldn't find anything. Apologies if I missed it.)

I'm using Firefox 9 and Word 2008 on a Mac. Everything was working fine with my citations up until today, when Firefox crashed and I had to restart my machine. Since then, any time I try to add a citation I get the "TypeError: field is undefined" message.

Is this a Firefox issue, a Zotero issue...? Sorry if I left out any necessary details--I'm a new Zotero user. Thanks.

    This is the best I could do:

    Zotero 3.0.1
    Firefox 9.0.1
    Mac OS 10.6.8

    I'll try debugging again. Maybe I missed something.
