Zotero has spontaneously disappeared from my firefox addons

This is a similar issue to http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/18450/%3FFocus%3D95873

My zotero addon has gone from my firefox addons with no notice. There have been no upgrades to my software or any other reason I can think of for this.

I am backing up and will reinstall zotero which I hope will fix the problem. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am a windows 7 user with firefox 6.0.2.

Also, don't use FF6.0 anymore - it's not safe.

Reinstalling fixed the problem. I have no idea why zotero disappeared in the first place.

Thanks for the firefox tip. I'm not sure whether to ditch FF entirely or stick to all their updates. I guess I'll try FF11 out.

FF10 is the current stable version - it is also an "extended support" version, meaning that it will receive critical updates for 1 year. Personally I'm very pleased with FF10 - nothing much visibly new, but a good deal snappier.
