New update crashing Libreoffice

I was having no problems until I received a message that Zotero had been updated and needed to be restarted. Did that and started experiences lots of crashing. I restarted both Libreoffice and Zotero standalone and still got crashing. Got a insufficient resources error on the command line, so I rebooted and restarted both programs and google chrome. Still crashed. I was not doing anything Zotero related at the time....I was copying and pasting IIRC..here is the error message:

ZoteroOpenOfficeIntegration: Iterating mainLoop
ZoteroOpenOfficeIntegration: Received message ["Document_cleanup",[]]
ZoteroOpenOfficeIntegration: Sending message null
ZoteroOpenOfficeIntegration: Iterating mainLoop
ZoteroOpenOfficeIntegration: Received message ["Document_activate",[]]
ZoteroOpenOfficeIntegration: Sending message null
ZoteroOpenOfficeIntegration: Iterating mainLoop
X-Error: BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)
Major opcode: 53 (X_CreatePixmap)

These errors are reported asynchronously,
set environment variable SAL_SYNCHRONIZE to 1 to help debugging
  • What Linux distribution and version of LibreOffice do you have installed?
  • It appears to be fixed....I went into the LibreOffice Options and re-selected a JAVA RE. I think a OS update had wiped out the JRE I had previously assigned to the LO suite. Not sure why else the JRE beame unassigned?

    I use Mageia x64 & LibreOffice 3.4.4 build 402 btw.
