Group members don't have access to same data
I am a member of a Zotero group and we do not all have access to the same data in our group folder. When I double click on a saved screenshot/URL the data opens normally (imported from Newsbank), but when my colleague, who has access to the same data, clicks the same links, she does not get taken to the same data. We have both synched our computers. How can we fix this problem?
I am not sure if this is a synching problem or not.

A new team member has recently joined, and when she clicks the same files that take us to screen shots, she gets an error message saying "Session Timed Out" (which would be a message from Newsbank). So, the problem seems to be that she is not getting access to the screen shots like we are, and is instead being directed to the URL to newsbank that then comes up as an "expired session."

I sent the error report to Zotero through the notification that came up when I clicked the red error synch button.
I am not sure how to proceed fixing the problem.
I have been following steps provided in: http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing . All attachments I am trying to access are multi-file attachments- HTML snapshots, so I can't check if these are available on Zotero.org.
I selected "Reset File Sync History" on the computer that has all files available and received an error message about an unresponsive script having to do with chrome.
Another research team member was working with some files from our group library and received the error message "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
Script: chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/db.js:506" Does this have something to do with our inability to access attachments from certain computers?
