Can't login

I can not login to my account I created a while ago and don't want to lose my papers. I have reset my password a few times but still can't login. I tried sending an email to some feedback or help address a few days ago and still have not heard anything.

Any ideas of how I can get into my account? (I had to create this account to actually post a message, sigh).

Please help.

    this is the place for support. You should probably mention your old/actual username? And have you tried logging in on a different browser?

    My username is craigj@jhu.edu. I have tried in two browsers and with the standalone program. None work. I sent a "forgotten email" request and changed it through that and still can't login.
