Firefox 9 compatibility error installing OpenOffice plugin

When I attempt to install the OpenOffice Firefox plugin, Firefox refuses on the grounds that "zotero openoffice installation could not be installed because it is not compatible with firefox 9.0.1."

Zotero OpenOffice plugin 3.0b3
Firefox 9.0.1
Kubuntu 11.10
LibreOffice 3.4.4

I don't see any other posts about this. Help would be much appreciated!

    unless this is a typo you should be using the 3.5b3 plugin for LO
