focus on note content after creation of note

Hi, currently when I create a new standalone or child note, the focus is on the newly created item. I think it would be much more natural when the focus would be on the note content so that I can start writing right away. Right now, I create a note, start writing because that is what I am used to and zotero jumps to other items such as paper with 's' if I start with "Summary'. This is really a small thing but I think it would feel much more natural and improve the user experience.

This might be a regression—I thought we used to focus new notes, though I could be mistaken.

Fixed on the 3.0 branch. This was due to a Firefox change somewhere between Firefox 3.6 and Firefox 11.
