Upgrade StorageSnapshot items don't make bibliography entries
I have a large number of PDFs as snapshots. It requires significant manual work to refer to them in a document.
When I try to create a bibliography entry, I get the message: "The items you have selected contain no references". Each has a title and a URL, which is often all that I need.
A 'report from' the item contains its title, but not the URL.
Since the URL in the snapshot info pane can't be copied, I've taken to opening the item in the browser and copying the URL from the browser into the note pane, but this thenrequires copying that and the title into the target document.
Or, I could create a new item, a Report for instance, and do the same copy/paste into various fields there. Also manual labor. :)
Allowing creation of a biblio entry from snapshots would save a lot of work, even if the result is not fully-formed.
