Upgrade StorageCan't download zotero - IPX file doesn't open
Hi there!
One of my colleagues registered with Zotero online. She tried to download the Zotero software twice but could not open the ipx file, and all the programse she downloaded to open this ipx file did not work and crashed her machine.
Does anyone know how we can avoid this problem?

adamsmithis she using Firefox? If not, she's downloading the wrong version of Zotero. (and it's .xpi)
