New Style for ACS Nano

Here I uploaded a new style for ACS Nano since the previous was referenced to a wrong one. The new one is based on the "American Chemical Society (ACS) - with titles" style and adds some new features:

- et al. when there are more than 10 authors.
- title-case
- citation-number format in the bibliography corrected by the one requested by the editors of ACS nano.
