Failure to Sync
Hi, I tried to sync a few minutes ago and received an error saying that Zotero didn't recognize my password. (It worked fine yesterday, same computer, same operating system, same everything.) I tried a second time, and ran into the same problem. I submitted ticket and besides receiving a report id got a message that explained that unless I posted on this forum, nothing would be investigated. So I'm posting on this forum. The error report id is 1484276253. I've got a billion other things to do, so I'm now going to get out everyone's way and let the smart, techy people sort this out.

dstillmanYou're getting two errors there—the username/password error, and this:See that link. That error often means something is wrong with your network or Firefox installation. It's vaguely possible that the second error is related to the first, though you should certainly try reentering your password.
