Document no more existing (Word)

Hi,

Two of my colleagues are working on the same Word document on the network. One of them started inserting citations, all coming from a Group library in which they are both administrators. But when the other colleague wants to add or edit a citation, or to open the Doc Prefs, she has got this message :

"Ce document n'existe plus dans votre base de données Zotero. Voulez-vous sélectionner un document de substitution ?
Cliquer sur Non supprimera les codes de champ pour les citations comportant ce document, conservant le texte de la citation mais le supprimant de voter bibliographie."

(rapid translation, just in case... "This document does not exist any more in your Zotero database. do you want to select a document of replacement?").
The pop-up window with this message is entitled C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe

They both are using Zotero 3.0b3 (Firefox, not standalone) with MS Word 2010 and the toolbar for Word integration 3.1.4.

Any idea ?
  • If you highlight one of the missing citations, right-click, and select Toggle Field Codes, what's the underlying URL ("http://zotero.org/...")? Are they both completely synced with the group library?

(As a side note, it seems like there must be a better French word than "document" to use for what we call a Zotero "item". Using "document" makes it sound like it's referring to the word processor document.)
  • There was a problem on the computer of the first user : Zotero was not synced with the group library... it's now done and everything's fine. Sorry !

(indeed, "document" sounds like the Word file... maybe "référence" or even "item" could be used).
