Failing to register

I tried to register another account as I use this one for my PhD references and any additional papers that come out of it and so on and I want an additional account for my current postdoc position.

I filled out the registration form using my new work e-mailaddress.
I received an email welcoming me to Zotero and a link to validate.
The link send me to a Zotero page where I have to enter my email address and I subsequently get the message that my email is not known.
I have tried multiple times, but I get the same result every time.

What am I doing wrong?
  • Can you try again with the same information. I've added more logging and an error message to try to figure out what happened and not send you an email when there is an error.
  • I've now registered my second account: turned out that the username that I chose couldn't be accepted.
