Library of Congress "Add Item by Identifier" option? Command-line option?

Hello,
I was wondering if there's a way to modify the
"Add item by Identifier" to use the library of congress for lookups
and quick insertions by ISBN.

Also, is there a way to use the command-line to add in zotero
a list of ISBNs (I guess via the "Add item by Identifier" feature)?

    on the second question - I don't think Zotero will start implementing command line operations, but it is planned to to allow lists of ISBNs, e.g. separated by semicolons; several threads on this, e.g. here

    but no ETA (in general, please spend some time searching the forum before posting, especially for feature requests).
